Our sessions will offer a diverse range of activities, including Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and Breathing exercises—all from the comfort of your own home.

No need for extensive equipment or outdoor locations—simply join our sessions with minimal space requirements. When are the well-being wednesday sessions being held? 

Well-being Wednesday will be held every Wednesday at 19:00. We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we may add more days and times in the future to accommodate more people. Stay tuned for updates and let us know if you have any suggestions for class times that would work better for you.

Where will the Well-being wednesday take place? 

Our Well-being Wedensday class take place online via Google Meet, we will send a link to the class prior it starts so everyone can join it. 

what equipment do you need for our Well-being wednesday ?

For the Well-being Wednesday class, you only need a few basic materials to get started, such as an exercise mat, resistance band, and a bottle of water and the most important a computer or phone to be able to attend the class
