Bootcamp

Bootcamps are usually led by a trainer who provides instruction and motivation to the participants, and they are designed to be challenging and highly effective for improving overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Bootcamp classes may also incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, exercise mats, and other tools to add variety and challenge to the workouts. The maximum number of participants per class is typically limited to ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and guidance from the trainer.

When are the Function-All Training Bootcamps held? 

At the moment, our Function-All Training Bootcamps are held on Sundays at 11:00 AM. We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we may add more days and times in the future to accommodate more people. Stay tuned for updates and let us know if you have any suggestions for class times that would work better for you.

what equipment do you need for our bootcamp ?

For Function-All Training Bootcamps, you only need a few basic materials to get started, such as an exercise mat, resistance band, and a bottle of water. As you attend more classes, you may discover that you prefer to use additional equipment or accessories to enhance your workouts. Our trainers are always happy to offer guidance and recommendations based on your fitness goals and needs.

Our Function-All Training Bootcamps take place in two fantastic outdoor locations: Broomfield Park. These spacious, scenic parks provide the perfect setting for our high-energy group workouts, where you can challenge yourself, make new friends, and have fun while getting fitter and stronger.
